----Making a racing track----
You can't use any junction tiles in a race track (except crossroads). If you do, it will be treated as a free roam track. When you have a complete circuit start placing checkpoints in key places you want to make sure the player passes through. Checkpoints have to be placed in sequence so make sure you work your way around the track from where you'll place the start/finish line. When your finished placing checkpoints place the start/finish line. If you make a mistake press the clear checkpoint button (cp) and start over. If there are no checkpoints the track will be treated as a free roam only track.

----Making a free roam track----
To make a free roam track, make your track as normal but don't place any checkpoint tiles and place the start/finish line.

----Loading and saving----
When saving a level just type in the name of your track. Track files are saved with a ".hct" extension. If you omit this when loading or saving it will be added automatically. There's no browser for loading or saving so make sure you know the file names in advance.

----Notes----
Make sure editor.exe is placed along side the hotcars.exe. Both programs need the tracks folder. You can't place any road tiles around the perimeter. Placing many buildings on a track may slow performance down, depending on your computer.
